The idea about telling a story, is not new. What is new, is incorporating storytelling into areas of your life, like finding a job or a career.

With the advent of smart phones, youtube and learning online today, it seemed like a great opportunity to help people rub some Hollywood on their core stories.

As a consultant and executive recruiter, I work helping people just like you.

After selling my last business, I understand the process of hiring and how challenging it is for the prospective employee and the employer and I want to change that.

As a candidate you might struggle to communicate who you really are, through a resume. We know you're more than words on a piece of paper.

As an employer, we know your more than your resume, but we can't see it.

So, its time to bridge that and accelerate the process.

So I pondered, what if we can leverage technology and simultaneously, go back in time to when we all used to talk to each other and combine the two elements?

This was the birthing of this site and the simple idea that everyone has a core story to tell.

The modality in the delivery of this story has expanded in ways we probably never thought possible. Perhaps soon we will have transporter rooms, like on Star Trek? Seems like science fiction becomes non-fiction eventually.

Life is relationships. Communication is a pillar of this success. How can we take the ideas of Hollywood with the ancient teachings of the great storytellers over thousands of years and codify them into Your Core Story? That is what I set out to do.

The journey is the destination, and it begins with your core story.
